A property built for entertaining from the formal courtyard reminiscent of the Alhambra style through the to grand Salon with 2 pianos, sound system and raised area which has played host to charity concerts, auctions and birthday parties that included authentic flamenco. This rooms leads out on to the extensive covered terraces overlooking the koi lakes, fountains, landscaped gardens and pool to the mountains beyond.
All of the 7 bedrooms are on the ground floor and have individually designed bathrooms to compliment the style of each room from Hollywood glamour to the red hot orient.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests when used in conjunction with the guest apartments on the lower ground floor.
Enjoy HD satellite TV or relax over a game of billiards in the evening. There are also office facilities with broadband, wifi and laser printer facilities.
Local original art adorns the walls and the different reception areas offer comfort whether you wish to read a book, enjoy a movie and just chill out on your own or with friends.
On the lower floor are the well equipped gym and two apartments with 4 further bedrooms which can be leased in addition to the 7 bedrooms on the ground floor (however they are not of the same impressive standards of the rooms upstairs). There is also a garage large enough for several cars.
